An Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation

Held across 4 Wednesday Evenings
Dates & Times: Wed 3rd November- Wed 24th November - 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Cost: $145 for 4 weeks
Reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and increase self-acceptance with mindfulness and meditation. 'Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation' is a 4 Week Course facilitated by Katrina Mason.
Each class is one hour, once a week. This course is practical, non-religious and designed for beginners. The course includes:
- 4x classes with an experienced mindfulness trainer
- A 4 week subscription to the full version of the CALM app
- Downloadable guided mindfulness meditations for you to keep
- A 45-page guidebook

The program engages women who have lived experiences of gendered violence and interrupted education journeys, using creative arts to foster mindfulness, healing, relaxation, and pathways to lifelong learning.
