Immerse yourself in a memorable evening of vibrant West African music and culture at The Place on Friday 25 September.
Featuring renowned griot Mohamed Bangoura "Bangourake" and talented guest musicians, this captivating performance showcases the powerful sounds of the djembe, kora (African harp), balafon (African xylophone), singing and dance.
The evening will also feature a special performance by local favourites Djembe Alchemy Drumming Ensemble. Doors open at 7pm for a 7:30pm start.
