Mental Health First Aid Course

Dates: Saturday 31st August & 7th September (held over two days)
Times: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Cost: $250.00
This course is an excellent opportunity to gain skills and knowledge around mental health and helping your loved ones when they are experiencing mental health difficulties. Participants are required to attend both dates to receive the Mental Health First Aid certificate. Morning tea and lunch provided along with water, tea and coffee.

The program engages women who have lived experiences of gendered violence and interrupted education journeys, using creative arts to foster mindfulness, healing, relaxation, and pathways to lifelong learning.
