The Place, located at the corner of Frederick and Pearson Streets in Charlestown, NSW, will be offering seniors the opportunity to try three different activities over three days in celebration of the NSW Seniors Festival.

The 2019 theme, “Love Your Life” encourages all seniors, to live active, healthy and social lives and we will be offering a range of free activities for everyone. You can try one or try them all!

New Body New Life at 9:15am on Monday, 18th February 2019 offers an upbeat exercise class for the agile senior and is suitable for beginners and active participants.

On Wednesday, 20th February 2019, from 1:30pm to 2:30pm we have a Heart Healthy seated movement class for those with mobility challenges or just looking to get the heart pumping.

Qigong, a Tai Chi based exercise, gentle movement class will be offered on Friday, 22nd February 2019 at 10:30am.
