Overwhelmed, Overstretched & OVER it!

The Secret Recipe for Calm, Confidence and Connection

A Workshop for Ambitious Mums
Date: Saturday, 2 November
Time: 4pm - 6:30pm

This workshop is for ambitious mums who have enough of being overwhelmed and overstretched. You have plenty of dreams personally and professionally for your life but nothing seems to work.

You have kids. You love them more than anything. But more than often, they are keeping you crazy and mad. You do not have time for yourself. You have become the yelling mum and you can’t seem to have any patience anymore. The mummy guilt is making you deeply sad and you have enough.

You are working and loved your job since the moment you have started it. However, with life evolving, you have lost your passion to move forward in your professional job. You are stuck. You feel inadequate. You keep thinking in your mind of all the things you have not done and replaying the movie of the day of what you could have done differently. The head chatter does not stop and it keeps you awake at night. You have enough of it!

You are OVER IT and ready to move on! This workshop is for you!

You will learn what makes you so special as woman and the secret recipe for Calm, Confidence and Connection.

What you will learn during the 2 hour workshop:

  • What makes the female mind different than the male one
  • How we get caught in head talk and in our story
  • Learn how to break through FEAR fast
  • Gain awareness of your thinking patterns and how they influence your life

Connect with other women.
