The Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards recognise and highlight local business achievements and celebrate business accomplishments in our City. These prestigious awards acknowledge a wide range of amazing businesses and we’re honoured to be chosen alongside them.
This award is even more special for us, considering the challenging times we’ve all experienced over the past year. We’re really proud that we’ve continued to serve our community through the challenges of COVID-19 and shown our commitment to our mission -
‘to welcome and support a diverse community to meet, connect, belong and grow.’

At these centres like ours, we strive to embody the essence of togetherness, bringing people from all walks of life together to connect, learn, and play. Through collaborative initiatives, inclusive programs, and shared spaces, we cultivate an environment where every voice is heard, every story is valued, and every member contributes to the vibrant mosaic of our shared community. To celebrate the value of our local community, join us for a warm cuppa and lively conversations at The Place on 14th May, from 10 am – 12 pm. Whether you're a longtime resident or new to the area, there's a place for you here!
