The Heart Shift - Altered States Experience is a transformational workshop where you will experience a Quantum meditation, a Psychedelic Breathwork experience, Sound and Frequency Healing as well as a grounding process and integration.
The combination of guided breathing exercises and quantum meditation techniques will be used to take you deeper into yourself; to expand your mind, open your heart and reconnect with your true power!
Join master breathwork instructor Gene Kelly who will delve into the science behind the processes going on within your mind.
