Better Today is focused on empowerment through education with a focus on the community. This workshop teaches the foundations of a positive mind so that you can feel confident in making decisions to improve your mental health.

Designed by a psychologist, nutritionist and Ty Leonard, the founder of Better Today, this workshop is not only a preventative measure for poor mental health, but an investment in your wellbeing.

This is the last public workshop for the year and will include a raffle to give 3 lucky guests a little Christmas spending money!  This group will also be the first to receive a 10 page booklet with tips on nutrition, mindset and Better Today discount codes.

The workshop runs for two hours and covers:

  • 10 minute intro with Shorina from Mindful Soul Collective to help you relax and learn from a fresh state of mind
  • Ty's lived experience. The goal with this is to help people understand they are not alone and there is always a way out of your darkest place
  • 3 rules for positive mental health
  • Exercises to map clear support plans and retrain our minds to look for positive outcomes. Even on the worst days
  • Sharing why your daily decisions are the foundations of our mental health
  • How to manage stress and anxiety with breathing techniques
