Cool Kids Anxiety Management Program

Cost: $795 for 10 weeks
The Cool Kids Program is a 10 session cognitive behaviour based therapy group suitable for children aged 8 - 12. This program helps children to recognise emotions such as fear, stress and anxiety and challenges their beliefs about those emotions. Parents will also learn how to encourage children to engage in avoided activities in more positive ways. The cost includes: 10 x children's group sessions, 10 x parent group sessions, workbook and screening interview. Bookings are essential.

To honour this journey, we’re hosting a community celebration on Friday the 1st of May from 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm and everyone is welcome! We’ll also host a special community recognition event celebrating our long-standing groups and the incredible individuals who have helped shape The Place and what it is today.
