FREE Online Drum Circle For Mental Health & Wellbeing

Part of our Health My Way Program

Date: Tuesday 29th September
Time: 6:00 - 7:15pm
Cost: FREE

*Please note this is an online event and will be held via Zoom*

As part of our Health My Way Program The Place is hosting FREE drum circles for mental health & wellbeing led by the amazing Earthen Rhythms African Drumming.

Earthen Rhythms will be bringing their vibrant drumming energy and expertise to help you to let go and find your rhythm! Their talented facilitators teach rhythm in an upbeat and easy way and they bring joy and laughter to the community through the infectious rhythms of West Africa.

This is a wonderful opportunity to have fun, connect with others at home and experience the many benefits of drumming. As part of the session we'll also be sharing some valuable online resources for managing your mental health and wellbeing.

You don't need to have a drum at home - get creative and use whatever you have around the house that can make some noise! It might be a bucket or some pots and pans. Numbers are limited so get your FREE ticket hereto secure your spot.

The Zoom meeting link and information will be sent to your email address before the event.

If you would like more information you can contact us on (02) 4032 5500 or via email at programs@theplacecharlestown.org.au

We hope you can join us for this fun event!
