FREE Introduction to My Health Record    

Manage Your Family's Health Records Online

As part of our Health My Way Program we are providing a FREE introduction to My Health Record. My Health Record is an online platform that lets you control and manage your health information securely, in one place.

One of our Digital Health Mentors will walk you through an introduction to My Health Record and cover:

* What is My Health Record
* Linking your My Gov account to My Health Record
* Setting up My Health Record
* Using My Health Record day-to-day
* Protecting your privacy on My Health Record

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the My Health Record platform and how it can benefit you and/or your family. The session will be useful and informative and held in a friendly and supportive environment.

Free refreshments will be provided and a lucky door prize will be up for grabs! Numbers are strictly limited so reserve your spot via our Facebook event here.

Join a free Creative Networking Event for the Reclaiming My Place Healing & Recovery Project . When: Tuesday, May 13 Where: The Place, Charlestown Time: Drop in anytime between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM Whether you have 15 minutes or a couple of hours, feel free to pop in for a bit or stay for the whole session—whatever works for you! About the Reclaiming My Place Project: Reclaiming My Place (RMP) is an innovative arts-based program developed by the Centre of Excellence for Equity in Higher Education (CEEHE) at the University of Newcastle. The program engages women who have lived experiences of gendered violence and interrupted education journeys, using creative arts to foster mindfulness, healing, relaxation, and pathways to lifelong learning.
