Kindness Cupboard Winter Appeal

Can you help?

Winter is here and many individuals and families in our community are doing it tough. Rising living costs and increased financial pressure mean that more people are turning to community services for a helping hand.

Our Kindness Cupboard exists to support those in need while creating an opportunity for everyone to give back. Built on the simple principle of 'take what you need and leave what you can' the Kindness Cupboard helps provide essential food and hygiene items to people experiencing hardship.

We're calling on our community to support our Winter Appeal by donating non-perishable food and hygiene essentials. A few extra items added to your trolley during your weekly grocery shop could help someone enjoy a warm meal, a hot cup of tea, or simply get through a difficult week.

Items we urgently need include:

  • Ring-pull cans of soup, meals and meats (baked beans, tuna, spaghetti, etc.)
  • Microwave rice and pasta
  • 2-minute noodles
  • Tea and coffee
  • Long-life milk
  • Cereal and snacks
  • Hygiene essentials

Every donation, no matter how small, can make a meaningful difference. Together, we can ensure our neighbours have access to the basics they need and remind them that they are supported by a caring community.

Let's spread kindness and warmth this winter. Please donate what you can, and help make a difference for local individuals and families when they need it most.
