Real ADHD Parenting Workshop

3 Hour in-person session for parents

Date: Saturday 30th May 2026
Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Cost: $45.00

If you’re raising a child with ADHD, you already know the overwhelm.

This is not another generic parenting workshop.

This small, in-person session is designed for real life - the hard moments, the messy routines, and the constant mental load.

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn:
• What’s actually going on in your child’s brain (in practical, everyday terms)
• how to navigate school and advocate without feeling dismissed
• what to do at home - routines, executive function, and those tough moments

This is an intimate group (limited to 20 parents), so you can ask questions, share openly, and feel understood by people who truly get it.

You’ll leave with:
• clarity about what’s going on
• practical strategies that actually work
• a clear next step - not more confusion

Facilitated by Heidi Lindgren - ADHD Coach, secondary teacher, and educator working with schools across NSW.
