ReConnected Mini Retreat is a full day immersive meditation and sound healing workshop where you can learn how to feel fulfilled, supported and empowered in everyday life.
This mini retreat is focused on the teachings of the reconnected flower of flow and workshops for wellness following the 4-pillars of awareness, acceptance, inspired action and intention. Facilitated by Guy and Matt with a collective 20 years experience, teachings are turned into real life application for an environment of true change.
