Sore Today, Soar Tomorrow!

Push for Better Mental Health

Staff and friends of The Place are proud to be raising money and awareness for mental health by participating in the PUSH-UP CHALLENGE in June!

Our team name is 'Sore Today, Soar Tomorrow' and we’ll be completing 3139 push-ups over 24 days, which is the number of lives lost to suicide during 2020. Karden our team captain highlights the importance of the challenge stating:
“the most crucial part of this fundraiser is to provide financial support and awareness for mental health in our community.”

We’re excited to have tenants at The Place as part of our team, including staff from ReadyUp Skills and Joblife. Push for better mental health by supporting our team and the money raised will go towards vital mental health services and suicide prevention.
