Workshop - An Introduction to Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

A 2 Day Workshop with Pip Blackley - May 18th & 19th

This 2 day workshop is an interactional, skills building experience for women who struggle with managing their emotions, who have difficulty in saying “no” and setting boundaries or perhaps use unhelpful behaviours to manage their distress, such as comfort eating, drinking alcohol or over spending.

This is not suitable for you if you are needing individual therapy or want to talk in detail about your issues. We will be focusing on sharing skills to help you feel more confident and in control.

Pip Blackley is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse and psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy in mental health settings. Pip is passionate about this therapy and wants to make it more accessible to the general population. Pip is the founder of WISE MINDED WOMEN and The Nursing Collective.
