Athena Dance & The Place Support #Dance4Dignity

Hit the dance floor on 1 June to help us raise funds & awareness

#Dance4Dignity

Every day, 48,000 Australian women face another night with nowhere to call home. We want to see 48,000 pairs of dancing feet hitting the floor on the first weekend of June as a show of solidarity as we #DANCE4DIGNITY!

On Saturday June 1st Athena Dance will hold an afternoon of joyful dance to help raise funds and awareness of the issues faced by women and girls experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and period poverty.

Supported by The Place: Charlestown Community Centre, this fun event will take place at 3:30 -5pm at The Place (Cnr Frederick St & Pearson St Charlestown 2290)

Please join with us and connect with other beautiful women to help make a real difference to the lives of women and girls in Australia experiencing period poverty.

Your registration fee for #Dance4Dignity helps us to ensure that these women and girls will have access to the items they need, when they need them.
