The Place is excited to be delivering another round of our Be Connected Community Digital Exchange Program! As part of this program we're providing FREE training for community members to become Digital Mentors! You will learn how to support family, friends and your community to improve their digital skills and confidence.

There are two dates of training to choose from, you just need to attend one day of FREE training and be willing to support learners over 50. We'll be providing resources and follow up support sessions to assist you, including a community support opportunity for mentors to teach learners on a specific topic.

All Digital Mentors who complete this program will receive a certificate that can be added to your resume, a gift voucher (to cover data costs) and have the opportunity to win prizes for supporting learners.

This opportunity is perfect for students, people looking to upskill or build upon their resume and people who are looking to learn something new and help others. It's also particularly beneficial for anyone working with or supporting people over 50, such as those who work in aged care or the community sector.

Spaces are limited so follow the training links at the top of this page or visit our Eventbrite page to get your FREE ticket today.
