The mini retreat is focused on The Teachings Of The ReConnected Flower of Flow/Workshops for Wellness following the 4-Pillars of Awareness, Acceptance, Inspired Action and Intention.
The retreat will include simple meditation, breathing techniques and resetting the body with sounds, breath, energy and vibration.
