It’s time to reconnect and have some fun! To celebrate Seniors Festival, we're offering 50x FREE passes for seniors to participate in health, wellbeing and social activities at our Centre.


After months of distancing it’s time to come together and reconnect with fun and entertaining events and activities this NSW Seniors Festival. Try something new and enjoy a yoga class, over 50's exercise class, Qigong beginners class or Tuesday Club social visit. All the options, dates and times are briefly listed below.

Charlestown Square Tuesday Club – 1x FREE visit

Date & Time: Tuesday 5th April, 9:30 - 11:30 am
(along with morning tea there will be an online guest speaker discussing accessible telecoms)

 

Bluegum Qigong - 1x FREE Beginners class

Friday 1st April 9:15 – 10:15 am

 

Me Time: Lifestyle Solutions – Over 50’s Exercise - 1x FREE class

Date & Time: 2 dates to choose from - Friday 1st April or 8th April

Choose the class you prefer – Gentle Exercise 9:30 – 10:15 am or Regular Exercise 10:30 – 11:15 am

This course introduces conversational French for use in a variety of social settings. For beginners, and those wishing to revise basic skills. You will be helped to speak and understand right from the start. A relaxed, friendly course with opportunities to socialise and participate in cultural knowledge and activities. DAY CLASS: 6 sessions @ 2 hours per session on Wednesdays Start date: Wed 20 May 2026 (No class 24 June) Time: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm OR  EVENING CLASS: 6 sessions @ 2 hours per session on Mondays Start date: Mon 18 May 2026 (No class Mon 8 June) Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm COST: $150 for the 6 week course, payable before commencement.
