Programs & Marketing Coordinator

Are you passionate about, and understand the important role community plays in the social economy? If so, you may be the person we’re looking for to join our team.

The Place: Charlestown Community Centre is seeking a Programs and Marketing Coordinator who is vibrant, energetic, efficient, creative, and mature minded. This role will support existing programs at The Place, actively research emerging program needs within our local community and deliver an effective marketing strategy for The Place as both a modern venue of choice and an opportunity to engage in social, sporting and educational activities.

Established in 2010, the team at The Place work to drive active community development, underpinned by strong and effective governance, through a mechanism of financially sustainable social enterprise.

Supported by an experienced team, you’ll need proven experience in the not for profit sector, working with diverse demographic groups, program development and facilitation, fundraising and marketing.
