Made @ The Place - FREE Youth Art Workshops

Enabling Creativity & Connection for Young People

The first workshop series of our new art program ‘Made @ The Place’ almost over, we have been able to glimpse into the future of what is to come from our young local artists—and it is absolutely incredible!

The artworks that have been produced from our art sessions are phenomenal. The first workshop series has focused on explorations into colour theory, forays into expressing individual personality and identity through the use of pastels, paint, and line theory. Our group of budding young artists can only be described as imaginative individuals, each clearly expressing who they are through a variety of mediums. The dedication the group showed was truly inspiring and we can’t wait for our next chapter of ‘Made @ The Place’!

With spots filling up quickly, make sure to reserve yourself a seat at our next FREE art workshop series, which will run from the 7th of June to the 28th of June, weekly on Wednesdays. In these sessions Natalie Anderson from Eleebana Art Studio will be focusing on utilising anything from scrap fabrics, reclaimed wood and ordinary household items and turning them into amazing works of art!

The workshop series is suitable for young people between the ages of 12 - 24 who have an interest and passion for all things art related. The program is also able to accommodate participants who need to attend with a support worker. We also have food and drinks every week and are able to accommodate to most allergies and intolerances so you can stay busy creating incredible artworks on a full stomach!
